Note : The following changes will be implemented effective 1st April 2021 as per Government of India notifications:
- Metals Planet will withhold tax under Section 194-O of the Act @1% on settlement of invoice.
- Metals Planet will deduct GST @ 1% at source as per Section 52 of the CGST Act on net taxable supplies of goods made by Sellers through Metals Planet on billing basis.
